SPORT : Christmas , SWAN President, Aigbona felicitates with Christians

 

The President of Sports Writers’ Association of Nigeria, (SWAN), Comrade Ahmed Aigbona has felicitated with Christians on the occasion of Christmas.

The SWAN President in his Christmas message said Christmas celebration is an opportunity to reflect on the imagery of the humble, symbolic and divine birth of ‘Jesus Christ.

He said it is a message of hope, compassion, salvation, reconciliation, forgiveness and peace that Jesus Christ embodied and conveys to all.

He urged Nigerians to exchange gifts, pray for peace and unity of the country, while also tasking Nigerians to ensure that they adhere to the COVID-19 guidelines as pronounced by the relevant agencies.
