SPORT : Carabao, Cup semi-final ties confirmed [Full fixtures]

 

The draw for the semi-final of this season’s Carabao Cup have been conducted on Wednesday night.

Manchester United, who saw off Everton 2-0 at Goodison Park, will take on city rivals Manchester City.

It is the second consecutive time both teams are meeting at this stage of the competition.

City beat United last year on their way to winning the trophy.

Tottenham Hotspur beat Stoke City 3-1 in their quarter-final clash and have been drawn against Brentford.

Spurs boss, Jose Mourinho, is eyeing his fifth title in the League Cup.

Ties to be played week commencing January 4.
