Nigerians React As Kanu Nwankwo Set To Launch Biafra Football Team On February






Former super eagle star Nwankwo Kanu, is the who always like to give back to society. Kanu Foundation has saved thousand of people and still saving people today, he has been a blessing to many people apart from his foundation. According to him, it is time to give back to Ndigbo which he refers as Biafrans.

He said that one of his goals this year is to form a team known as IPOB football team. It will commence on February 2020, he further said that the aim of forming the team is to unite Igbo youths, discover and develop their talent and to bring more prosperity in Igbo land.

He said that the team is for only people from South- East, Imo, Enugu, Anambra, Ebonyi and Abia State. He also call on other players from South-East, like Mikel Obi, Iheanacho others to join hand to make the dream reality. Igbos see it as a welcome development in South-East.
Jay Jay Okocha has done something similar to what Nwankwo Kanu wants to do. Three years ago Okocha gathered some youths in Delta state began to trained them, today he has raised football stars from the team. Igbos are talented when you come to sports, in next three years many football stars will arise from IPOB football team, by the God’s grace.
