Obi Cubana : My husband is filled with grace – Obi Cubana’s wife denies ritual claims

Obi Cubana’s wife, Mrs Iyiegbu, has debunked reports that her husband’s wealth is through diabolical means.
Recall that many had insinuated that Obi Cubana did rituals after the burial of his mother became a topic of discussion on social media.
The burial was one of the most attention-grabbing public events in the country in recent time, as billionaire young men and women engaged in a show of wealth.
However, the entrepreneur in a post on her Instagram page said her husband is filled with grace.
She, however, urged Nigerians to work hard and not believe rumours that her husband did rituals to become wealthy.
“If GRACE is a person, it is Obinna Iyiegbu. I am still trying to figure out what happened last weekend but all I can see is GRACE!
”My brother, no be juju. No be crime. It’s just GRACE!
“The man is grace personified. Don’t get it twisted. Stop the hate & celebrate God’s grace upon his chosen one. What you celebrate is what you attract. Like he said, WORK HARD.” she wrote.
Meanwhile, Obi Cubana in an interview with BBC, said he made his first N1 million naira through an entrepreneurial venture after failing to secure a job.

SPORTS : We’ll unmask you – Pinnick reacts as Nigerian man harasses Super Falcons in Austria
Amaju Pinnick, the Nigeria Football Federation (NFF) President, has vowed to unmask the unidentified Nigerian man who harassed the Nigerian Women football team, Super Falcons, in Vienna, Austria, while on a train to their way to training on Tuesday.
The man had accused the Super Falcons of failing Nigerian Youths by representing ‘a terrorist government’.
In a viral video, he accused President Muhammadu Buhari’s government of kidnapping Nigerian youths and killing them.
Reacting to the development, Pinnick said the Falcons did not deserve to be subjected to such harassment.
“We’re infuriated because these are young ladies [Super Falcons] who are our ambassadors and are there in Austria preparing for major international competitions.
“That was a dastardly act by that fellow, and we’re not taking it lightly. The girls simply wanted to go on sightseeing, and there’s nothing wrong with that. They don’t deserve to be subjected to such a diatribe by a so-called fellow Nigerian.
“We’ll unmask the fellow and then take it from there,” Pinnick was quoted by Soccernet as saying.
Nnamdi Kanu : IPOB sacks Simon Ekpa as Radio Biafra broadcaster, gives reasons
The Indigenous People of Biafra, IPOB, on Wednesday, explained why Simon Ekpa may no longer continue as a broadcaster on Radio Biafra.
IPOB disclosed that Ekpa has refused to follow laid down rules of operation in Radio Biafra, hence the need to discontinue with his services.
Ekpa was engaged as one of the broadcasters on Radio Biafra, shortly after the rearrest of Nnamdi Kanu, leader of IPOB.
However, the group said Ekpa’s services may no longer be needed because he has refused to sign the rules of engagement and code of conduct guiding those broadcasting on Radio Biafra.
A statement by Emma Powerful, reads: “The global family of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) ably led by our great leader Mazi Nnamdi Kanu has observed with regrets, that Mazi Simon Ekpa whom our leader Mazi Nnamdi Kanu gave an appointment and duty to start broadcasting on Radio Biafra doesn’t want to follow the laid down rules of operation in Radio Biafra. Our leader Mazi Nnamdi Kanu gave the directive while in detention but Mazi Simon Ekpa has refused to follow the principles.
“Mazi Simon Ekpa has refused to sign the rules of engagement and code of conduct guiding those broadcasting on Radio Biafra. We don’t understand why Mazi Ekpa would not like to follow the steps of other broadcasters on the platform who have since done the needful.
“IPOB is a big movement, and cannot just change the rules because of one individual as this may set a bad precedence. Mazi Simon Ekpa is hardworking Biafran whose immense contributions towards the restoration of Biafra are highly appreciated, but for not signing the code of conduct as a broadcaster on Radio Biafra, he may not continue to have the opportunity of broadcating via the platform.
“This decision was not intended to ridicule or undermine anyone but to prove to all that due process cannot be compromised in IPOB. IPOB is a well structured movement where activities of members are regulated with well-thoughtout rules. No one should act in a way that suggests that the laws are meant for certain group of people.
“While Mazi Simon Ekpa has the right to make his broadcasts on Facebook and other platforms of his choice, he may no longer broadcast on Radio Biafra as one of the official broadcasters.”
Respect Sunday Igboho’s rights – Fani-Kayode tells Benin Republic govt
A former aviation minister, Femi Fani-Kayode, has urged the Benin Republic government to accord Sunday Adeyemo aka Sunday Igboho the respect he deserves.
Recall that the freedom fighter was arrested at an airport in Cotonou, Benin Republic, on Monday night.
The Oduduwa Republic agitator was said to have been arrested by Beninoise authorities while on his way to Germany.
There are also reports that the Nigerian government wants Igboho to be extradited to Nigeria.
Reacting to the development, Fani-Kayode on his twitter page said the Beninoise Government must be fair in their actions towards the activist and he should not be denied access to his lawyers and doctors.
”I call on the authorities in Cotonou to respect the civil liberties & rights of Chief Sunday Adeyemo (Sunday Igboho) & I call on them to treat him with respect & decorum. Those rights are protected under international laws & protocols, including the African Charter on Human and Peoples’ Rights to which the Benin Republic is a signatory.
”The Beninoise Government must be fair in their actions. Igboho must not be denied access to his doctors and lawyers and he must not be tortured, brutalised, humiliated or treated with contempt,” he wrote.
”The whole world is watching and we shall continue to monitor the events with concern and keen interest.”
