Pastor Enoch Adeboye, the General Overseer of the Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG) on Tuesday met with Kaduna State Governor, Nasir El-Rufai.

NEWS Ex-Imo Gov, Rochas Okorocha arrested

Rochas Okorocha, former Imo State Governor, was arrested on Tuesday in Abuja.

Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) operatives picked him at his private office.

EFCC Head of Media, Wilson Uwujaren, confirmed the development.

The reason is not known yet, but the Senator reportedly failed to honour invitations by the agency.

Governor Hope Uzodinma had accused Okorocha of misappropriating state funds.

In February, the lawmaker accused Uzodinma of unleashing the EFCC and the Independent Corrupt Practices Commission (ICPC) against him.

Okorocha said the state government had not been able to prove corruption allegations against him and family in court.

“I was never a poor man before I became governor of Imo state. I came here, brought my children to invest, brought everybody to invest”, he had said.

BIAFRA Igbo group describes Ebube Agu as jamboree to please federal govt

The South East Revival Group (SERG) has described ‘Ebube Agu’, the security outfit announced by South-East Governors as “another jamboree”.

The organisation said the decision of the governors was meant to please the federal authorities.

SERG President, Willy Ezugwu, in a statement, reiterated that the federal government failed in tackling the security challenges in the country.

He noted that if anti-crime and counter-terrorism policies were working, there would be no need for calls for a special security arrangement in the South-East.

“The SERG sees the latest move as yet another jamboree and a convenient political outing aimed at pleasing the federal establishment rather than the people of the region.

“We practically pleaded with them since the COVID-19 pandemic lockdown to set off a central security outfit but it didn’t go well with them until the first Ebonyi herdsmen attack their host communities.

“It was laughable that the governors ordered security agencies to implement a ban on opening grazing. Is there any law establishing Ebube Agu that has a clause banning open grazing?”

SERG urged the people to prevail on the governors to enact laws banning open grazing and establish the security outfit in their respective states like Amotekun.

ONE dead, others injured as rival cult clash in Bayelsa

The Bayelsa Police Command on Tuesday, confirmed the death of a suspected cultist during a clash by two rival cult groups in the state capital, Yenagoa.

A spokesman for the Police in Bayelsa, Asinim Butswat, a Superintendent of Police, told NAN that one person was killed during the clash which left many injured in the Obele area of the state capital.

Narrating the incident, Butswat said, “The clash took place in Down Yenagoa. It was a rival cult clash that claimed the life of one person.

“We cannot establish the cult groups that were involved until after arrests might have been made, as an investigation is ongoing,” he said.

Butswat added that the corpse of the person had been recovered and deposited at a morgue.

A resident of Obele, who preferred anonymity, told NAN that some suspected cult members armed with dangerous weapons shut down business activities at Amarata and other adjoining areas.

“Their indiscriminate shootings caused panic amongst residents who ran for their lives, while business outfits were compelled to close shops.

“After they had succeeded in creating panic in Amarata area, the hoodlums, who operated with impunity, left the area and stormed Obele where they killed a resident and injured other persons,” the resident said.

HOW TO MAKE MONEY ONLINE BLOGGERS : Can I earn money from my blog using a free domain from wordpress or blogger?

Blogs: The Essential Tool for Any Apparel Business - Learning Center

Yes, if you are a beginner, blogger or WordPress is the best place to begin with. Since you have mentioned monetizing the blogger is the best choice. You dont get much customization and freedom on WordPress like you have in Blogger.

Blogger gains domain and page authority very quickly if you feed it with 5–10 quality and original articles. For a beginner who are not familiar with SEO, SMO and other digital marketing buzz words. This is the best thing you can think of.

  1. You will rank keywords gradually (but slowly)
  2. There are no expenses (good thing for a starter)
  3. You have plenty of time to learn while you maintain a very less complicated blogging platform, Blogger.
  4. In 6 months( if you are an unfortunate asian like me) you can start running ads, others can apply for Adsense the first day.
  5. In the six months you can do some branding (use social media and forums). This will add onn to your domain and page authority. Keep in mind our goal is to increase the domain authority so you can rank keywords

Keep these things in mind and start. Getting a domain and paying for hosting is not a good investment unless you are sure about blogging.

I am pretty sure you will learn the rest of things (the buzz words I mentioned)

-Good luck and please dont give up
