Fast-rising Nigerian artist, Tems has revealed that Ugandan singer, known as Bebe Cool was behind her and Omah Lay’s arrest in the country.

Recall that Tems and Omah Lay were arrested and remanded in Uganda prison days ago for violations of COVID-19 guidelines in the country.

However, their release was facilitated by Nigerian government and they returned on Thursday .

Tems, on her Twitter page on Friday night, called out Bebe Cool for getting them arrested and claiming responsibility for their release.

According to her, Bebecool’s friend broke into their room after he called the police.

Her tweet read: “First of all, You are what I call a stinking dirty fu*king Bi*ch. BebeCoolUG You called the police on us. You got us arrested.

“Your friend broke into our room and took us after you called. Only for me to see you in the DPO’s office, chilling and laughing with him. Lmao in my presence and you thought I would sit there and allow you to speak to me. You are worse than shit.”

Tems threatening BebeCool warned him to never enter Nigeria or be seen in the same place with her.

“I know you before? Who the f*ck are you? You followed the police around and bribed them to send you pictures of our release papers so that you can look like you had anything to do with the release. See your head? Na pit latrine they inside your brain.

“Avoid Nigeria for the rest of your life @BebeCool If you ever find out I’m in the same place as you run for your life because I will not be in chains and nothing will stop me from pouncing on you.”

Tems who had earlier described her experience in the Uganda prison as an eye opener, noted that she would never speak on the incident again.

“You should cut off your dick, it’s clearly too small to be useful. This is the last time I’m speaking about this. Enjoy the Clout @BebeCoolUG
It is the most you will EVER get in your life,” Tems added.

Veteran Fuji artiste, Wasiu Ayinde, popularly known as Kwam1, has given reason he can never run for any political office.

KWAM 1 who is the first Mayegun of Yoruba Land, speaking at an event, titled “FUJI-Opera”, held at Alliance Francaise, Mike Adenuga Centre, Victoria Island, Lagos, said his decision not to run for any political office was based on his hatred for “promise and fail” attitudes.

According to him, he does not want to make hefty promises to gain votes only to fail the electorates due to unforeseen factors.

Few months ago, KWAM 1 assaulted a broadcaster named Wole Sorunke in Ogun State, leading to calls for him to be stripped off his title.

The Ogun broadcaster had accused Wasiu Ayinde and his ‘boys’ of beating him up at the 60th birthday party of the Olu of Itori, Oba Abdulfatai Akamo.

The incident generated mixed-reactions, as the Freelance and Independent Broadcasters Association of Nigeria (FIBAN) ordered its members to stop playing Ayinde songs on their radio and television programmes.

But, the issue was said to have been resolved at a meeting held at the palace of Olu Itori in Ewekoro Local Government area of Ogun State.

Nigerian singer, Omah Lay has shared the horrible experience he had in Uganda after he was arrested and locked up in prison for flouting COVID-19 rules.

Recall that the singer was arrested for flouting COVID-19 guidelines while performing on Saturday night at a concert held at Speke Resort.

Following diverse reactions from Nigerians and an immediate call for their release by the Nigerian government, the Ugandan police on Tuesday announced that the duo have been released.

According to the police, ”Omah Lay and Tems regained their freedom following a ruling by Okumu Jude Muwone, Chief Magistrate of Makindye.”

The duo arrived Nigeria on Thursday.

The singer took to his Twitter account to share his experience in Uganda, describing the past few days as the toughest days of his life.

He also claimed he was treated like a common criminal after his arrest.

According to him, the show promoters confirmed and proved they’d secured all clearances, including COVID-19 compliance, proving that it was ok for him to go ahead with the event.

”The past few days have been some of the toughest of my life and I wouldn’t wish them on anyone.

“Out in a new country with some beautiful people,and then from nowhere I’m being treated like a common thief

“Firstly, I want to thank all the amazing fans that came out to see me in Uganda, the smiles on your happy faces that evening would be one of my happiest memories.

“Also I wanna clarify that putting you in harms way was never my intentions! Before we came out to Uganda, the show promoters confirmed and proved to us they’d secured all the clearances including the Covid 19 compliance.

“At that point, my priority became to make myself available to be taken to the venue and entertain, which I did in the full protection of the Ugandan police.

”Secondly, to my mom, my family, my team, my fans, friends that I caused sleepless nights waiting and praying for me, I apologize for putting you through all that and I can’t stop thanking you enough. I almost lost my mind but your prayers and messages kept me going.

”Finally,I would like to say a big thank you to everyone for your efforts, prayers, messages, tweets. You all went hard.

“Big shout out to my fellow musicians, fans, my family, my friends, my Label, The Nigerian Mission in Uganda, The Presidency, The Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Madam Abike. Thank you all so much!

”I have put this behind me and back to what I know how to do best. One Africa.Omah is home,” he wrote.

 Fast-rising Nigerian singer, Tems, has narrated her ordeal in Uganda prison after being detained for violating COVID-19 guidelines in the country.

DAILY POST recalls that Omah Lay and Tems were arrested by the Ugandan police days ago after their performance on Saturday night at The Big Brunch, a concert that was held at Speke Resort, Wavamunno Rd, Kampala.

However, due to public outcry, the Nigerian government secured their release and they arrived Nigeria on Wednesday

Taking to her Twitter page on Thursday, Tems thanked everyone who supported them during their trying times.

She said that the experience in the prison was an eye-opener for her and it has made her more compassionate towards people suffering.

“This past week has been difficult but extremely eye-opening for me. I know some may have been worried, but despite everything, this experience has helped me see things for myself. While I was being detained, I met some amazing women and children, and my eyes were opened to the strife and hurt a lot of women are going through. I am so blessed to have experienced the strength and bravery that these women possess to keep them going.

“I have newfound compassion and desire to be more involved in making life easier for people such as these, no matter the circumstance,” she said.

She explained that she believed “all the necessary approvals had been fully met by the organizers to ensure a safe and compliant event in Kampala” and would not have put her fans at risk if she knew otherwise.”

Part of her statement read:”On Saturday, 12 December, I was scheduled to perform with Omah Lay at the Big Brunch: When we arrived Uganda we were met with such a warm reception, including press events promoting the event.

“This promotion alongside the safety terms outlined in the performance agreement, and the presence of authorities at the event, assured us that necessary approvals had been fully met by the organizers to ensure a safe and compliant event in Kampala. I’m truly saddened that attendees could have possibly been exposed to Coronavirus

“I would have never participated had I even the slightest knowledge that the event would not meet standard operating procedures and put Uganda’s citizens at risk.

“The seriousness of Coronavirus requires responsibility from everyone as a world citizen, a responsibility I take very seriously.”

Nigerian singers Omah Lay and Tems who were arrested in Uganda have finally arrived in Nigeria.

DAILY POST had reported that the singer was arrested for flouting COVID-19 protocols while performing on Saturday night at a concert held at Speke Resort.

The singer later took to his official Twitter account to confirm that he was arrested by the police in Uganda on Saturday.

He also accused the Ugandan government of refusing the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, from effecting their release.

Following diverse reactions from Nigerians and an immediate call for their release by the government, the Ugandan police on Tuesday announced that the duo have been released.

According to the police,” Omah Lay and Tems regained their freedom, following a ruling by Okumu Jude Muwone, Chief Magistrate of Makindye.”

However, Chairman Nigerians in Diaspora Commission, Abike Dabiri-Arewa in an update via her Twitter account on Thursday announced that the duo just arrived in Nigeria.

“Stanley Omah Didia “Omah_Lay”, Temilade Openiyi “temsbaby” Muyiwa Ayoniyi and others just landed at the MMIA Lagos from Uganda via Ethiopia Airline at about 12:35 pm local time.

“We are glad they are finally home,” she wrote.

29-year-old Instagram model, Joselyn Cano, has reportedly died after a botched butt-lift surgery in Colombia.

A 3-hour live stream on YouTube of what is believed to be her funeral had loved ones paying respects to the Mexican dubbed Kim Kardashian in a casket beside a large picture of her.

A short message on the stream read: ‘Joselyn entered this life on Wednesday, March 14, 1990. She entered into Eternal Life on Monday, December 07, 2020.’

Her death was also confirmed by fellow model and Influencer Lira Mercer on Twitter.

Her tweet read: “OMG Joselyn Cano died in Colombia getting surgery. That’s wild.”

According to a LinkedIn bio, Joselyn resided in Newport Beach, California, and studied Microbiology at San Diego State University

The model rose to stardom for creating content on social media and amassed a following of 12.8 million fans on Instagram with over 80k followers on Twitter.

Fans referred to Joselyn as the ‘Kim Kardashian of Mexico’ due to her popularity on social media.

Chelsea manager, Frank Lampard, has insisted the club has no regrets over allowing Declan Rice leave the club’s academy.

There are speculations that the Blues are eager to bring Rice back from West Ham in the January transfer window.

It is believed Chelsea would make a move if the Hammers reduce their £80million asking price, which they quoted in the summer.

Rice left the Stamford Bridge outfit’s academy at 14 after seven years in the youth ranks, but has go on to become one of the Premier League’s hottest prospects.

Ahead of West Ham’s visit to Stamford Bridge on Monday, Lampard said: “He’s a fantastic player for West Ham and England, so fair play because his journey there after leaving Chelsea and going to West Ham is a good story to hear.

“There are lots of those stories for different reasons at whatever level and that shows a strength of character. In terms of from our end, I certainly wouldn’t use the word ‘regret.’ Our academy is one of the best in the world.

“You look at our first team now, the players we have produced here that are in and around the first-team squad, we’ve got so many. And it is not easy. It is not an exact science to pick and choose whatever players.
